Adding a Panopto Video Link to Your Blackboard Course

Contents

Overview

This knowledge base article assumes you have already created content in Panopto for your class, or have access to content created in Panopto in another class you have access to. This could be one of your other current or past classes, a class in which you are a collaborator, or a class that has public videos available for other to link to. By adding the link directly into a content area, it makes it easier for students find and access the Panopto videos.

Embedding Your Video in Blackboard

There is a link in the top right corner of the embedded video window that will open the video presentation in a new window, which displays the full presentation.

2. Navigating your folders in the left-hand menu, locate and open the video you want to add to your course.

3. Select Settings to open up the Settings window and then select the Outputs tab.
